Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms under which ZAALE BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY "Photographer", "I" provides branding and studio photography services to you, the client ("Client", "you", or "your"). By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% or 100% is required to secure your session date and time.

The remaining balance must be paid in full  48 hours before the session date.

Your session is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received and a confirmation has been sent.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of photography services, no refunds are offered once a booking is made and payment has been received.

If you are unable to attend your session, I offer a one time reschedule or credit toward a future session, provided you give at least  72 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the session and any payments made.

Credits must be used within  3 months of the original booking date.

3. Session Details
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or forfeiture of the session.

Any specific requests must be discussed and agreed upon in advance of the session.

The Client is responsible for bringing all agreed-upon outfits, props, or brand materials.

4. Image Delivery
Professionally edited images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 10 business days from the session date.

RAW (unedited) files are not provided.

Final image quantity is based on the package booked. Additional images may be available for purchase.

5. Image Use & Copyright
All images are the intellectual property of the Photographer.

The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal and business purposes (e.g. website, social media, marketing).

Images must not be altered, sold, or used for third-party commercial gain without written permission.

The Photographer reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to the session.

6. Studio Use & Conduct
Clients are expected to respect the studio space, equipment, and myself.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Any damage caused by the Client or their guests will be the Client's responsibility and may incur additional charges.

7. Liability
The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the session.

In the unlikely event of technical failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to rescheduling the session or offering a full credit.

8. Creative Control & Satisfaction
The Photographer retains full creative control over the final look and style of all imagery.

While we strive to meet the needs of every client, all photography is subjective and no specific results are guaranteed.

Requests for additional editing beyond the standard service may be subject to an additional fee.
